I fully designed and manufactured a functional Stirling Heat Engine from scratch using Solidworks and machining operations, such as the vertical bandsaw, mill, and lathe.
I created engineering drawings with accurate dimensions and later assembled the components together using fasteners. Using sourced and original components, the engine was able to run at a maximum of 1,019 rpm.
